Based on spiritual intelligence (SQ), the “The concept of Authenticity” course educates on the spiritual part of personal branding, which can be summed up in one phrase: “personal power”. SQ is not associated with any religion – spiritual intelligence is what a human’s inner wisdom is called. In other words, this is a course designed to strengthen the personal brand that helps us discover our inner wisdom and power. During this transformational/motivational journey, we ascend to the level of observer so that we can see the bigger picture, so that we can see how authentic and unique we are.
We encourage people not to compete with others, but to reveal their uniqueness. Not only can we create unique business areas or products – we can do it by revealing and acknowledging our authenticity.
At the beginning of the program, we point out good reasons that prevent us from doing so. The first of these is shame, or more precisely – being in the consciousness of shame, the lowest scale of mindfulness. We don’t mean the shame of publicity as a phenomenon, but the shame of being yourself. We can stop being ashamed of public speaking and stop being ashamed of presenting ourselves or our product to audiences; we can learn not to be ashamed of criticism or rejection. But this is not the shame we are talking about. The sense of shame caused by publicity and the fears that flow from it can be overcome. We are talking about the shame of showing our true selves.
Often, the moment we finally decide to appear in public, we overcome the fear of going public, but we copy someone else. We put on the same suit that we saw a successful entrepreneur wearing, and we get our business portrait taken in the same pose as someone famous used in theirs. We copy all of the attributes of success that we’ve seen – everything that we are not. We can easily become a public figure by pretending to be someone else. However, in this role, we would never dare show our true selves in public, because it’s showing our true selves that we’re ashamed of.
Who is this program for?
This program is for people of various professions who are developing a personal brand: business leaders, entrepreneurs, influencers, consultants, speakers, artists – anyone who associates their work and creative activities with their person and publicizing and communicating it to other people.
Maybe you’d like to start social networking, but just can’t seem to get yourself not only to talk in videos and live sessions, but even to express your thoughts in writing for fear of what others may think? Then this program is for you.
Maybe you create music, dance or art that is “different”, or communicate and express yourself in a way that is “different”, or offer products that are “different”, and constantly feel like a black sheep? Then this program is for you.
Everyone needs a personal brand. You don’t necessarily have to be a popular blogger, celebrity, actor, performer or musician. You can be a hired employee and represent your organization. Hairdressers, doctors, interior designers, fashion designers and writers all need a personal brand. After all, it’s much more difficult for an unknown author to get published than it is for ones who have already created a brand that reflects their personality and achievements. Even if you operate in your professional field strictly according to a set protocol, it is your reputation, relationships with others, and presentation of value created that will be your personal brand.
What is this program about?
This program is about knowing yourself and revealing your personal power, which in this program is also called the spiritual part of our personality.
For the sake of clarity, let’s use some visual examples.
Take the journey to self-awareness, your own self – your nucleus, described by Bill George and Peter Eagle Sims in True North: Discover Your Authentic Leadership (2007). They singled out five layers of self-knowledge that have to discovered, much like peeling an onion.
In this program, we’ll use a scheme of the self-knowledge interface with personal branding that is based on a similar principle – it is layered by intelligences, and with their help, we get to know the parts of our physical body and personality.
Your authentic self – Spiritual intelligence (a person’s nucleus, inner strength, personal power).
Relationship with yourself – Emotional intelligence (self-awareness, communication, self-expression, internal and external motivation, empathy, courage to act and reveal authenticity).
Relationship with the world – Logical intelligence (available knowledge, competences, skills, achievements, discipline, reputation).
Relationship to exterior/matter – Physical intelligence (appearance, clothing, body language, visual photo/video self-presentation).
When it comes to personal branding, most strategies call for revealing and exploiting the top three intelligences. In addition, emotional intelligence and its relationship to personal branding only started being talked about not that long ago. For years, we only paid attention to the achievements of our body and mind. And it was just in the last decade that it was finally noticed that on the road to personal leadership, developing emotional intelligence is a must.
We’ve finally perceived the need to delve even deeper, to our very core. With the help of spiritual intelligence, we realized that to live a full life, to be a leader and a strong personal brand, we need to rely on inner wisdom: to discover, acknowledge, come to love, and show the world our true selves.
Why do we need our authenticity?
It is projected that in just five years, the global workforce will be 50% freelance, and over the next 20 years, a lot of jobs will be lost to artificial intelligence. The only thing we have that will allow us to compete with robots is our uniqueness – our authenticity, our need for meaning, our life purpose and calling.
In the near future, the personal brand will become more important than ever. If we want to sell our services and products to the world, not only will we have to create these products – we’ll also have to properly communicate their value to mankind. And since we’ll be acting independently, the focus will be not only on what we create, but on ourselves as well. So it’s worth prioritizing– now – the creation or strengthening of a personal brand and, in particular, the energy it radiates, i.e. the spiritual part of our being.
A personal brand is not just the right pose for a business portrait, an impeccably crafted image, or a well-communicated message on social media. A personal brand is an inner power that radiates a unique life experience and mission.
William C. Durant, founder of the global giant General Motors, once said that every company emits the energy of its founder. No matter how huge a company is and how many people it employs, the spirit of the person from whose ideas and activities that business was born is always perceptible as the primary source of energy.
This approach is even more acutely felt and applicable when it comes to a personal brand, because in this case, hiding behind the team is not even an option. The energy radiated by the message that your personal brand broadcasts is clearly sensed and felt by market participants.
After discovering your personal power and inner strength, you’ll be able to create not what you need to, but what you want to. You’ll overflow like a blue ocean that has waves without boundaries and inaccessible shores.
You’ll feel the joy of being yourself. You’ll surge with certainty and honesty, not perfection, but the paradox is that your certainty will make you authentically perfect.
A successful personal brand
A successful personal brand is a person who knows him or herself and acts according to his or her calling. That person is not someone’s copy, no matter how successful. They say there’s nothing worse than effectively living a life that is not our own. Or creating a successful personal brand that doesn’t reflect our being, our self, i.e. living life as a successful copy of someone else. The outside world will see our success, but we’re the only ones who will see the inner suffering that comes from not being ourselves. One day, this role will end in a fiasco – we’ll just physically become tired of wearing that perfect mask, and the disregard for the needs of expressing the uniqueness of the soul will manifest itself in various forms on the emotional and physical levels.
Parts of the personal brand
Personal branding consists of several parts: technical, emotional and spiritual. Various personal brand training programs focus on the technical side – how to use storytelling to present yourself, what image to create. Emotional training helps to overcome fear and create the emotional aura that accompanies the personal brand.
Meanwhile, this program dives into the deepest depths of our being and proves that as much as we try to polish the visual side or learn to control our emotions, the greatest inner satisfaction will come from revealing, acknowledging and presenting our true authenticity to the social environment or, in short, our personal power.
Have you noticed that as much as we try to copy others, it’s the people who dared to be themselves that we admire? That’s why no one can match Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Freddie Mercury and so many other globally acclaimed personalities. Because they dared to be themselves and the whole world knows them. They became unique, inimitable.
We have news for you here. You’re also one of a kind in this world. And I am too. The biggest problem is that we don’t consider it a value, and as a result, we don’t consider our lives to be valuable either. And when we don’t consider it valuable, we waste it. We spend years dealing with pain, fear, guilt, and feelings of inferiority. But this time not about that.
In this program, we’re going to learn how to rise from the lowest layers of mindfulness to where our creativity and uniqueness open up and the determination to act according to our inner attitudes emerges. Once we build the strong spiritual muscles that make up the core of a personal brand, we’ll be able to strengthen the other parts of our personal brand – whether it’s finding a unique clothing style or settling on a body language and visual self-presentation and communication strategy – with confidence and inner freedom. This perfectly coordinated set of personality elements will unfold as our personal power.
Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I may remember. Involve me and I will understand.
You’ve probably already realized that this program, like its very idea, is authentic, so there won’t be any traditional video or voice recordings that you’ll forget as soon as you see them.
The program is autonomous – in other words, it is independent work with your inner world, thoughts, emotions and beliefs at a pace that is right for you. Allocate at least one day for each step. Some may need an entire week or even longer – it’s very individual. Take as much time for yourself as you need, based on how you feel. Even if you think that the topic of a certain module isn’t relevant, it’s still recommended that you read the content of each lesson. There’s always a chance that when you read it, you’ll recognize yourself or some aspects of your life that you want to change or improve.
The program consists of three modules with six lessons: from inner freedom, responsibility and calling to personal power. The teaching material consists of theoretical knowledge and practical assignments presented in text format. You’ll need:
- a notepad or just a sheet of paper;
- the self-determination to use your SQ to clarify your authenticity;
- the resolution to start a new, happy life.
The teaching material will be available to you for a limited time (40 weeks) to keep you from delaying or postponing changes towards your personal power.
After completing the program, it is recommended that you log in and read it again after six months or so to see what a leap you’ve taken on the path of knowing your authenticity and in the development of your personal brand.

The concept of authenticity
Authenticity is the only reason we each exist. We got to this point because of a unique experience, so there’s not even the slightest reason to try to be like someone else.
